The Environmental Lawyers advised the applicants on the rezoning of approximately 27 hectares of land at Pukekohe. Located on the southern side of Pukekohe East Road and the eastern side of Golding Road, this private plan change was approved in February 2025 by independent hearing commissioners.
The plan change establishes a new precinct, Pukekohe East-Central Precinct 2, which will enable the development of approximately 450 new dwellings. This follows two previously approved private plan changes in the area—Pukekohe East Central Precinct and Pukekohe Golding Precinct— which form the Kohe development.
