Kohe is a comprehensive development of 30.61ha in Pukekohe, south East Street. The project has involved two plan changes, rezoning future urban land to mixed housing urban and from mixed housing urban to neighbourhood centre, as well as multiple earthwork and development consents as well as engaging with Watercare and Auckland Transport.
