The development required consent for a number of reasons, including being more than 10m above the permitted height of 16m. The Environmental Lawyers acted for Chelsea Rise Limited on the consent application and Council hearing, gaining consent notwithstanding opposition from 2 neighbours. The consent was granted and no appeals were made.
